Usage limits
So that everyone gets a fast answer at any hour, Yasi shares out the power: every account has an allowance per 5-hour period and per week.
Each plan's allowance
Each allowance is counted in YC consumed, the Yasi credits, and depends on the account's plan.
| Plan | Per 5-hour period | Per week |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 4,000 | 16,000 |
| Essential | 16,000 | 64,000 |
| Pro | 40,000 | 160,000 |
| Elite | 100,000 | 400,000 |
When an allowance renews
- The 5-hour period opens with your first counted use and closes 5 hours later.
- The week renews every 7 days, on the day and at the hour your account was created: it is not a calendar week.
- The use that crosses the limit goes through; the next one waits for the renewal. The app shows its exact time in Settings › Usage, and in a discreet indicator next to where you type, from 80% of an allowance.
At the limit
What keeps working
- Simple chat keeps going in Fast mode, at its usual price: up to 20 messages per 5-hour period, without attachments or web search.
- A message asking for help in a crisis always goes through, and never counts.
What waits for the renewal
- The other answer modes.
- The Studio and montages.
- Deep research.
What a limit never does
-
A limit never touches your credits.
-
A limit never changes a price.
-
A limit never debits anything.
Fair queues
- Studio creations and montages running at the same time: 1 on the Free and Essential plans, 2 on the Pro and Elite plans.
- Deep research: 1 at a time.
- When creations or research runs wait their turn, the accounts that have used the least lately go first.
When demand is exceptional
Yasi may hold back power for a while. The app tells you, with the time it comes back when that time is known.
